I picked this up mostly for UV protection, but it didn’t block the sun as much as I expected. It gives you some shade, so it’s not totally useless, but if you’re planning to use it in really strong sunlight, I’d probably look for something with better UV coverage. Just a heads-up for anyone buying it mainly for sun protection, it might be okay for mild use, but I wouldn’t rely on it for serious sun exposure...

I returned my order a while ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. Every time I check, it feels like the timeline changes or there’s some new step I’m supposed to wait for. Frustrating when the goalposts keep moving and I still don’t have my money back.

I bought this from Bluu it didn’t last long at all. Like after just a few weeks it already started wearing down, and I kept noticing little things that made it feel kind of cheap. I mean, for the price, I really thought it would hold up better. Maybe I expected too much, but still. Wouldn’t buy it again tbh.

I bought this from Bluu, and the finished product is fine once it’s all set up. But wow, the assembly was way more annoying than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear in a few spots, and some of the pieces just didn’t want to line up without a lot of fiddling. I felt like I was being forced to practice patience I absolutely did not sign up for. It took much longer than it should have, and while someone handier might not mind, I found the whole process frustrating

bluu was okay overall. Like, it worked fine, but a few of the instructions were kind of vague and I had to stop and think, wait, am I doing this right? I figured it out eventually, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but yeah… there was more guessing involved than I expected.

Trying to get a replacement was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I contacted them expecting the warranty help to be fairly straightforward, but it took forever to get anywhere. What made it more frustrating was that the terms seemed to change depending on who I talked to, so I never really knew what they were going to honor. Overall, it was a annoying experience

I bought this thinking it would be fine to leave outside, but in even light wind, shaking it kept doing and it just didn’t feel safe. I ended up taking it down way more often than I expected. Disappointed with it, honestly.

I personally didn’t enjoy the look of bluu.com. To me, the whole page felt cluttered and a bit outdated, like things were placed around without much thought or flow.
The colors and fonts didn’t really work together in my opinion, and I had a hard time figuring out where my attention was supposed to go. The service itself might be totally fine, but the design made me want to leave the site quickly.

I was impressed when it arrived. It feels sturdy, looks nicer in person than I thought it would, and just has a solid quality to it. I did ask support a quick question before ordering, and they basically said, "it should hold up well with normal use," which seems accurate so far. Really happy with it.

I wanted to like this, but the material felt thin and kind of flimsy right out of the package. After using it a few times, I noticed the seams were already looking rough, which was frustrating. I had it sitting on my kitchen chair while checking it over, and even my first thought was that it didn’t feel like something that would hold up long. For the price, I expected better quality.

My order showed up in a box that was literally crushed, and the items inside were just loose and rattling around. I’m disappointed with how it was packed.

So... I bought this from Bluu hoping it would give my patio a nice amount of shade, but the coverage wasn’t that great. It blocks the sun okay in a few spots, but I still found myself moving chairs around to stay out of the sun. The quality seems fine overall, I just expected it to provide more shade, especially for the price.

The price seemed okay, so I figured it was worth trusting them, but I feel kind of stupid now. It’s not terrible or anything, just really average, and the quality wasn’t quite what I expected. I guess you get what you pay for.

I used it in the rain one time and it started leaking, which was frustrating. I wasn’t expecting it to fail that quickly. On top of that, having to go through repeated verification just to deal with it made the whole experience even more annoying.

I ordered my regular size thinking, you know, usual size equals easy win. Definitely not the case here. The shirt felt too tight around the shoulders, and the pants sat kind of weird at the waist. The quality seemed decent enough, so I don’t think it was a bad set overall, but the sizing guide didn’t really help me figure it out. Frustrating to have to return it.

I ran into an issue with my order and reached out to bluu.com support, but it took a few days before anyone got back to me. I guess they did respond eventually, which is better than being ignored completely, but the wait was still frustrating.
When they finally replied, the message was short and didn’t really solve much, so I had to follow up and wait all over again. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, and they seemed polite enough, but I’m not sure I’d call it helpful unless they get a lot quicker.
